Definitely too much oil leaking from breather. The breather goes from the top right of head cover (goes into the slot on top of the right side chrome cover) into the top of the air box. Since I got rid of my airbox, I had to add a breather element, and sometimes I get a little oil seepage from there. Nothing big, but you want to drain down to the right level, or you could get bigger problems (gasket, etc...). FYI, there is a metal mesh belt that is doubled back on itself a bunch of times to form a wad, that sits right under where the breather comes out of the head (can't see it unless you remove the head). It is supposed to act as a filter/ condense oil vapor and let it drip back into the engine. Too much oil means it doesn't work efficiently and you get the seepage.
